Tinia Store Terms of Service

Welcome to Tinia Store (the "Platform" or "we"). The Platform is operated by Bestfunc (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. and provides hosting, distribution, and collaboration services for node-graph-based acoustic data analysis templates. Please read and fully understand these Terms before registering for or using the Platform. By clicking the "Register" button or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- User: a natural person, legal entity, or other organization that registers for and uses the Platform.
- Service: template browsing, downloading, uploading, organization management, SSO access, and related functions provided by the Platform.
- Organization: a team or enterprise workspace that a User creates or joins within the Platform to collaboratively manage templates and data.
- Content: templates, data files, documents, and other information that Users upload, publish, or transmit through the Platform.
2. Account Registration and Management
- You shall register using a genuine and accurate email address and complete identity verification via an emailed verification code.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Losses arising from password disclosure are borne by you.
- Each email address may register only one account. If you discover that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
- The Platform may enable a registration review mechanism; administrators have the right to decide whether to approve your registration request.
- You shall not transfer, lend, or sell your account for use by others.
3. Scope of Services
- The Platform provides a template store where Users may browse, search, and download public templates.
- Reviewed Users may upload and publish templates for others to use.
- The Organization feature allows Users to create team workspaces for member management, permission assignment, and storage quota management.
- The Platform integrates with the Tinia data analysis platform via SSO to synchronize User and Organization data.
- We may adjust the scope of services in line with business developments and will notify you via Platform announcements or email at that time.
4. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use the Platform to engage in any of the following:
- Uploading or publishing information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, insulting, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise contrary to public order and good morals;
- Infringing the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights and interests of others;
- Using technical means to attack or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to malicious scraping, injection attacks, and denial-of-service attacks;
- Accessing other Users' accounts, data, or organizational resources without authorization;
- Publishing templates or plugins containing malicious code or backdoors;
- Other conduct in violation of laws, regulations, or these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property in the Platform's software, interface design, trademarks, and technical architecture belongs to Bestfunc (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.
- Intellectual property in templates and Content uploaded by Users belongs to the original authors. By uploading Content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the scope of the Service.
- Ownership of business data such as acoustic data and analysis results that Users upload to the Tinia platform belongs to the Users. The Platform stores and processes such data solely in accordance with User instructions.
- Users shall not copy, modify, or decompile the Platform's software or services without authorization.
6. Organizations and Collaboration
- Users may apply to create an Organization, which takes effect upon administrator approval. The Organization creator becomes the Organization owner by default.
- Organization owners and administrators may invite members, manage permissions, and allocate storage quotas.
- Data access within an Organization is governed by user-group permissions. Organization administrators may view members' resource usage within the scope of the Organization.
- After a User leaves or is removed from an Organization, the shared resources they created within that Organization will be managed by the Organization administrator.
7. Data Storage and Backup
- The Platform provides a storage quota for each Organization; Users shall use the storage service within their quota.
- We will take reasonable technical measures to safeguard data security but assume no liability for data loss caused by force majeure.
- We recommend that Users back up important data on their own.
8. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
- You have the right to apply to cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
- After account cancellation, you will be unable to recover the account or its associated data.
- If you are the sole owner of an Organization, you must first transfer Organization ownership or dissolve the Organization before cancellation.
9. Suspension and Termination of Services
- We have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you in the following circumstances:
- You breach these Terms;
- As required by laws and regulations or by directives of competent authorities;
- Where system maintenance or upgrades are needed (with prior notice).
- For service interruptions due to system maintenance, we will endeavor to provide advance notice and minimize downtime.
10. Disclaimer
- The Platform provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty as to the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services.
- The Platform assumes no liability for losses caused by the User's own actions (such as password disclosure or misoperation).
- The Platform assumes no liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
- Content published by Users does not represent the views of the Platform; disputes arising from User Content are borne by the publisher.
11. Amendments to the Terms
- We have the right to amend these Terms in light of business developments and legal changes. The amended Terms will be published on the Platform.
- We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in-platform notice.
- If you continue to use the Platform after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The conclusion, performance, interpretation of, and dispute resolution under these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of the Platform operator.
