Road / Wind Noise Speed-Segmented Comparison
01
Pain Points
- !Road noise (mid-speed) and wind noise (high-speed) are mixed in one recording and must be separated by speed.
- !Before/after comparison is only fair when segmentation/weighting/band are exactly identical.
- !Tire noise, wipers, rails, and similar issues require rebuilding the workflow each time.
02
The Tinia Approach
Segment by speed, unify weighting and band, and render a "speed × band" heatmap — tire/wind/wiper cases reuse it by just swapping data.

Expected Output
- Speed-segmented one-third-oct + A-weighted SPL curves.
- A "speed × band" heatmap for intuitive A/B comparison.
- A before/after comparison report with consistent conventions.
